The staff that grabbed the pieces I was after was every polite. The staff processing the sale, not so much. He was chatting to his team while processing it and was very unfriendly. Example of this was that when I asked for the sticker, he told me to shoo away with his hand out the door. The overall shopping experience was extremely poor because of this. Pieces available for purchase in the store has tax free prices, however the checkout guy noted that they do not offer this for tourist? His attitude just went worst from there and made me even more confused as to why the tax free price was even listed, on the tag. The majority of the workers has a snobby attitude as if they were higher than everyone else but really just in retail. Thus, a shift in client treatment would enhance the customer’s overall experience. Seems like more reviews do entail this very true story and is such a shame to hear. I strongly would not recommend anyone to come here, the supreme image has now been ruined because of this. 2nd Street down the street sells supreme (used but good condition), for way less. Even the BAPE staff were so much nicer...
Read moreAvoid this place at all cost. Poor customer service. Not helpful and rude staff. While waiting for our daughter outside the store premises, the security staff literally told us to stay away and not stand outside the store. Me and my wife are standing by the street. I told the security staff that we are waiting for our daughter, but still insisted we go away. (I think staff speaks little English.) My wife told me to just leave and to avoid further discussion. Perhaps Supreme Tokyo branch could probably give me a better explanation on why we cannot stand in-front of the store premises. Maybe management can do an overhaul of the staff or maybe provide a good training with regards to customer service. Incident occurred...
Read moreLike the previous reviews, there is a very limited amount of designs and most of their clothes are small or medium; no large or extra large. Secondly, the staff are the rudest people I've ever met.
I was looking for things to get for my sister, (there's no supreme store in our home city) and so I took a photo of the hats so she could pick one she liked. Then one of the guys said to me "If you take another photo then I won't let you buy anything and you will have to leave". There were NO signs saying that photos aren't allowed. Just a simple "please don't take photos" would've been fine. Don't waste your time here, go to a...
