I came to this location after visiting another Kabukiya for sunglasses. At the first location, I had issues with my BOA card not being accepted and they gave me their business card while I looked for an ATM. Me and my friend were unsuccessful, so we went back to try to use a different card. We stumbled across this location because we got lost. Everyone was nice. They did not make me feel bad because my card did not work. Eventually, I was able to purchase these sunglasses. The associate (Ryu) was really nice. Came before to enquire on a particular bag. Went back a few days later wanting to purchase it. Asked for it to inspect it once more before purchasing, placed it down on the counter to prepare for payment. Just then another customer came to enquire on it and the staff just took it and handed it over to him, which he made the purchase right in my face.
