The service at this store was absolutely terrible, especially toward foreign visitors. We wanted to purchase a pair of shoes and were simply asking politely for the right size. At first, the staff seemed “too busy” and didn’t help us—after waiting they finally brought a single shoe, and their attitude was very dismissive. Not only did they hand us the wrong size despite confirming it, they only allowed us to try on one shoe—not even a pair—while other customers were let try on both shoes. It felt discriminatory and left us in a very bad mood. The shoe didn’t fit at all—it was much too small. When we asked again for the correct size, the staff responded that they had no suitable sizes available.
