I had been eyeing the Chanel 1994 Kelly Lambskin Parent & Child bag on the Allu website for a month, eagerly anticipating my return to Japan. As soon as I arrived, I headed straight to Allu Omotesando, where I was warmly welcomed by Nanami.
She promptly led me to where the bag was displayed, and I was thrilled to finally see it in person. The condition of the bag was impressive, far exceeding my expectations for a used piece.
Nanami also informed me about an amazing campaign: if I purchased one item, I could get an additional ¥30,000 off. This made the deal for such a rare vintage Chanel bag even more incredible!
Nanami’s warm and attentive service truly enhanced my experience. She was knowledgeable and made me feel at ease, turning a simple shopping trip into something special. I left with not just a stunning bag, but also a memorable experience.
If you're in Japan and searching for luxury items, I highly recommend visiting Allu Omotesando. Be sure to ask for Nanami—her help is...
Read moreMy sister and I visited a couple of stores on our trip in Japan and this was hands the best. We had Tsutsui and Nako help us out with our purchases. They were so patient and sweet and took several hours to ensure that we were comfortable and happy to go ahead. We truly enjoyed our first vintage shopping experience and hope to come back here again. Pro tip: Do check out the online store before you come here, it’ll make it super easy to pick the things you want! Most of their stock stays in the warehouse, so drop in a couple of days earlier, tell them what you’d like to see and they’ll ship it into the store...
Read moreALLU vs AMORE is more curated but expect a lot less stuff to browse. Prices can be lower here but that’s probably subjective depending on what you’re looking for. At first it’ll seem more stuck up and intimidating than AMORE because it looks more upscale but the staff is actually just as helpful and are more than happy to answer price related questions. Like Goto who patiently waited on us the whole time. The only drawback, prices aren’t listed on the labels so you’ll have to scan QR codes to view prices or ask one of the many patient sales...
