New amiami building , spacious walkway, better lighting and more variations compare with other nearby figure store/shop. not like other shop are too cramped,this are easy to view and walk Gotta say i love to visit this branch. was goin to write some review to recommend this store after i look at the google review, i gotta admit some of the staff are pretty rude. i also met 1 guy with curly hair on 7th foor. i not sure he has OCD or something wrong, he just passby me and rearrange nearby rack like every 15~30seconds. like he is angry about customer touch their stuff.just wanna say keep doing too much this make customer feel unconfortable to shopping,like they are not welcomed at all. i do see something i want ,but that staff keep harassing i change my mind, go other floor and take the figure and go 1st floor counter. overall is still a Great store/shop ,many variations ,the ip organised properly and tidy. but service and attitude are not japanese style service at all.they look tired of seeing tourist everyday.so just dont expect too much in service part.maybe need sometime to train the staff,hope this part can...

The Japanese staff upstairs are rude. They told us about tax refund if we present a passport and we didn't have the first time of purchase, so they told us to come back with the passport and request. A day later we came back and they denied the tax refund and told me it's not possible. I then asked for a complete refund and they denied it as it has been more than one day of the purchase. The box is sealed and did not open. We traveled far to Tokyo and when they contacted the manager or boss of the store via phone, said No and to get out of the store. Really ashamed for this situation as we love anime and it's bad for business on their side. I won't recommend to anyone and there are countless anime shops for someone to buy from in Akihabara. Bad service 👎 = Lose reputation and customers trust.

P.S. The only helpful staff interestingly enough was a white gentleman working in that store. A foreigner that loves the Japanese culture and been in Japan for 10 years. Kudos to him sorry I forgot his name but thank you for trying to assist as best as...
