絶対にこの店に行かないでください。とてもお勧めしません!！！

私は2023年12月15日にこの店でスイッチを購入します。 店員は自分がクレジットカードの操作に慣れておらず、顧客が二度も料金を踏み倒され、現金をもう一度払わなければならなかった。

後始末は何の自発的な解決策もなく、むしろ中国語を駆使する女性店員を探した。 そして、私たちが直接カード会社を訪ねて処理するようにするという有用な説明もありませんでした。

相手がまだも面倒くさそうな顔をして態度が非常に悪い。

ずっと私たちに彼らの問題ではないと言っていました。10万円近くの日本円が差し押さえられて21日使用できなくなり、帰国してから台湾の客服で解决问题服を解靠しました。

私たちの旅行時間を浪費し、翌日に特別に日程をキャンセルしてこの仕事のために駆けつけて処理する態度が同じだ。

また、支給された広告には購買特典があると書かれており、添付図面にはスイッチがあったが、現場に到着してゲーム機が入っていないことを知らせ、消費者をミスリードした。

この店はとてもお勧めしません。店員の態度は非常に非専門的であり、どのような積極的な行動もなかった。

せっかく日本に行った体験が台無しになって外国人に不親切だ。

千萬不要去這間店，非常非常不推薦！！！

我在2023年12月15日於該店購買switch。店員因自己不熟悉信用卡機操作，導致顧客被刷了兩次費用，還要顧客再付一次現金。

後續沒有任何主動解決，反而是找一個講中文的女性店員。 然後也沒有任何有用的解釋，叫我們自己去找信用卡公司處理。對方還一臉不耐煩態度極差。

一直跟我們說不是他們的問題。害我快10萬圓日幣被扣住21天不能使用，回國後才靠台灣的客服解決問題。

浪費我們的旅遊時間，隔天還要特地取消行程為了這件事跑來處理，態度一樣差勁。

而且給的廣告單上寫購買東西有優惠，付圖上有switch，但是到現場才告知沒有包含遊戲機，明顯誤導消費者。

非常不推薦這間店家。店員態度非常不專業，也沒有任何積極作為。

難得去日本的體驗都被毀掉了，對外國人不友善。

I purchased the switch from this store on December 15, 2023.

Because the clerk was not familiar with the operation of the credit card machine, the customer was charged twice, and the customer was asked to pay cash again.

There was no proactive solution in the follow-up.

Instead, They found a Chinese-speaking female clerk . Then there was no useful explanation and we were told to go to the credit card company to handle it ourselves.

The other clerk also looked impatient and had a very bad attitude.

They kept telling us it wasn't their problem.

As a result, nearly 100,000 yen was held up for 21 days and I could not use it.

After returning to Taiwan, I relied on customer service in Taiwan to solve the problem.

It was a waste of our travel time, and we had to cancel the trip the next day just to deal with this matter, with the same bad attitude.

Moreover, the advertisement sheet provided stated that there were discounts for purchasing items, and the picture showed a switch, but it was only informed on site that the game console was not included, which obviously misled consumers.

Highly do not recommend this store. The clerk's attitude was very unprofessional and did not do anything positive.

The rare experience of going to Japan was ruined by being unfriendly...

This store has so much variety! Going up the escalators, you'll start with a massive variety of anime / gaming related figures, then go through watches, then wine, then microwaves, and suddenly you're surrounded by trading cards or a car racing track.

The top floor had trading card vending machines for various games, plus a few guys playing a game near the drinks vending machine, and it had a very calm and peaceful vibe. I can easily imagine spending a few hours here playing a card game with friends.

The car racing track wasn't open when I visited, but it seems to be frequently used, with all the related accessories...

A few months ago, during a business trip to Japan, I purchased a CITIZEN watch from Edion. On my recent visit to the store, to my astonishment, the member of staff I encountered remembered me.
