I had afternoon tea here by chance. It was the Halloween themed tea, so it was cute. There was not much food compared to British tea, especially since the scones were tiny, however it was good quality. Some of the items, like the savory pie, really brought me back to being in the UK when I was younger. So it was nostalgic and authentic in that way. So if anyone is looking for at least some authentic British tea food, I’d recommend it. Some other items were very Japanese, like the jelly. And even though the food was a small amount, you could have as many different teas (and coffee) as you wanted at no extra charge. However, for one person I would recommend to the restaurant to switch to 1 cup as an option for the different teas (the coffee comes just per cup) rather than a whole pot, because if I want to try many different teas (and they do generously encourage you to) a whole pot per tea is too much but I feel bad wasting some.. the staff was nice.
