I had afternoon tea here by chance. It was the Halloween themed tea, so it was cute. There was not much food compared to British tea, especially since the scones were tiny, however it was good quality. Some of the items, like the savory pie, really brought me back to being in the UK when I was younger. So it was nostalgic and authentic in that way. So if anyone is looking for at least some authentic British tea food, I’d recommend it. Some other items were very Japanese, like the jelly. And even though the food was a small amount, you could have as many different teas (and coffee) as you wanted at no extra charge. However, for one person I would recommend to the restaurant to switch to 1 cup as an option for the different teas (the coffee comes just per cup) rather than a whole pot, because if I want to try many different teas (and they do generously encourage you to) a whole pot per tea is too much but I feel bad wasting some.. the staff was nice. I think at first they were nervous because they didn’t have English speaking staff there right away, but later English...

Interrior is simply beautiful 😍 Those sofas and glass wall looking into the green forest. It’s fun just be there. We came for the matcha afternoon tea. Price/quality rate here is great. Nice choice of savory dishes, and delicious sweets. Not all of them included matcha, but flavors were really nice. Tea is limited only by time - you can drink any tea you want within 2 hour limit. Some of the teas are a little bit watery, but I guess it depends on the...

Mediocre at best food at hotel prices. On the plus side, the atmosphere and service are generally good.

Unfortunately the latter portion of our meal was served by a lady wearing extreme amounts of perfume. Hard to believe any restaurant, more so at a relative high end hotel would have any servers wearing anything beyond the slightest hints of perfume, this person was wearing so much that I was literally...
