The building is built over Seibu Ikebukuro railway track, which is kinda bold and splendid. The 2nd floor viewing platform is opened to the public. You could see Seibu Ikebukuro line and JR lines from the open area through glass barrier. We spent about half an hour observing the trains coming in and out the Ikebukuro terminal with undisturbed view and fun to watch! We're really grateful that Seibu Group's benevolent to share this platform with the public for such an interesting...

2階から見える電車と夕陽なかなか良いです！写真撮ったらアップいたします。ベンチも沢山あるから、池袋で買い物して休憩がてら来るのもよいかと。線路を跨いでいて、電車を真近に見れるからそれもまたいい。

１階、2階は一般開放されています。 1階にはコーヒー店、2階にはコンビニやデッキ広場があり、ここからは電車が常に見えるので電車が大好きな子供や鉄さんには堪らないスポットです。エレベーターもあるのでベビーカーでも安心です。休日もさほど混雑しないためランチやおやつ、休憩に穴場スポットですよ。ただ、休日はコンビニが営業していない為、この点ご注意ください。私は猿田彦コーヒーでカフェラテを買って、デッキでのんびりするのが好きです^^ 2階ですが、高さは通常のビルの4、5階相当、線路沿いなので見通しも良いです。同フロアのおトイレには多目的トイレもあるのでオムツ替えも出来ます。 小さめですが芝生もあるので、赤ちゃん、子連れにはとても...
