Maybe because I am foreign, the girl thought she can cheat on me, or maybe she just thought: it doesn’t matter. I bought big coffe, she asked something I could not understand immediately. But lately I understood and said: ah ok coffee. She asked coffe or latte. It was obvious I said コーヒー. Maybe because she already put the price of ラテ　or whatever (but she could still change).

If you are unsure between them, who give you the right to make me pay the most expansive?

If you are not able to understand the difference between a coffe or latte, I wonder if you are able to do any...

SO RUDE!!! There was a girl with a pony tail who SHOUTED AT ME because I asked if I could use my card and. Her answer was so loud AT MY FACE that I swear woke the whole neighbour hood. She got a bag and she threw it on the table. Then she proceeded to PACK OUR THINGS SO AGGRESSIVELY THAT IT RIPPED OUR BAG?!?! and she didn’t even notice we tried to get her attention but she wouldn’t listen but her co worker eventually copped on. We asked why she was rude and angry at us but she just scoffed and ignored us. Customer service was horrible. DONT GO...

Muy buena experiencia. Menos mal que está abierto 24h. Soy una chica española que estuvo hace poco viajando por Japón. Fui de noche porque necesitaba un producto (un spray antiolores) y justo tenía que ser en ese momento. Era el Familymart más cercano a mi hotel. Muy contenta con el trato. Hace más o menos una semana de esto. La chica que me atendió se llama Mohina y era un encanto, me cayó muy bien y si ella me está leyendo, por favor, que me contacte porque me hubiera gustado comentárselo y ya me marché y no pudo ser....
