The sculpture was installed in November 2001 in the Center Promenade. The sculpture is made of aluminum and bronze covered in gold leaf and rises 27 meters. Modern sculptor Marc Coutelier won the commission through a competition. Must watch this beautiful sculpture.

A nice and interesting monument near the central square at Odaiba, in front of Divers City shopping mall. There is enough sitting space in front of the monument and a nice view of port tower and monorail track in the back. Looking like a pen or a bird feather, this gold color needle like structure represents flame of the Statue of Liberty.
