What I loved: A lot food options Amenities for purchase like luggage tags, toiletries Ease of getting unique souvenirs (they carry items that Lawson in the city doesn't have like Pokemon merchandise or Tokyo Crown Cat)

What could improve: Long queues during peak hours (especially after a flight arrival) but the queues clear quite fast No seating or standing space for eating

We landed in Haneda airport at 6:30am. This Lawson was the only store that was open and the first konbini we went in to. This was also where we used the atm to take out bills. The atm does not tell you what the convenience fee will be. We picked up a bottle of coffee and tea and used our digital suica to pay without any issues. The staff spoke very limited English.
