We decided to try this restaurant ahead of our flight at Terminal 3 (located on 4th floor above Area I), based on the higher reviews from other customers. There was a queue when we arrived that was a bit long, but took around 15-20 minutes. Once seated, we saw the ordering process was using iPads with multiple languages available, and pictures of each menu item, so it was very easy to order. You can also select between two types of udon noodles (thick or thin), and up to 3x noodle portion for free.
I got a thin-sliced beef curry udon, and when it arrived I was initially pleased as the curry tasted good and the noodles had a good texture. However, I was then disappointed with the lack of beef in the dish. There were only two slices of beef and a few small chunks of pork belly. The beef was also fatty cuts with not much meat on them. For almost 2,000¥ I was expecting more beef in the dish, but this was not the case.

Getting around is exceptionally easy, and the staff speak English and are very helpful.
Getting through customs and immigration is very efficient. They are instituting a biometric scan of your face and eyes as an added security measure along with your passport. It is very fast very efficient.
Hallways are wide and spacious and well-lit. And there is an abundance of shopping stores everywhere as well as food and coffee.
