Terrible service...uneducated staffs.

My wife and I chose this Izakaya restaurant and realized there were a couple of big table available but one of the staff gave us small table... So I requested them to have a big table but declined because they are for 4 ppl.

Then the next customer group of 2 ppl on the waiting list came in, the staff gave big table to them... what?!?!?

This was my first restaurant in Japan and very disappointed...

Foods drinks mediocre subpar...

The portions are large and for airport prices, very reasonable. We had 2 set meals to share between 3 of us. We were not that hungry to start with but knew we had to eat before the late flight out. We were sat at a cozy table where we could see our luggage so was pleased about that. Food was very good. I had a chirashi bowl and my husband had chicken, I think it was teriyaki. Open 24/7 everyday, which is a major plus! I. The food area on the 3rd floor, in Haneda airport terminal 3. I went at midnight, so they had a 10% late night fee that was added. It’s fine, the food was kinda good, I just had an udon set, it was fine, very warm, and fresh. A fine udon. I’ll comeback, definitely a tad expensive.

After walking around, we decided on this place because it seemed popular and the menu was priced well. The frilled mackerel is so delicious as is the beef udon.
