The female clerk from China, L. Dong was extremely rude. Told me, an Asian lady to " Stand there " in a rude tone - despite the fact that I was standing on the " queue here " foot sticker imprint, yet did not tell a foreign ( white ) lady to queue when she stood at the counter. When I spoke to her in English, asking about the polaroid mini film, she replied to me in Chinese very rudely, saying " Don't have, don't have ".

Is this the kind of unprofessionalism that should be excused ? How can you presume that all people speak Chinese just because they look Asian ? This is straight up discrimination. If you're going to speak to a fellow Asian in such a rude manner, make sure to speak the same way to...

Conveniently located on 4F (near departures) and 2F (arrivals). If you are looking for electronics, highly recommend reserving online - the turnaround was fast. The item I wanted had low inventory AND the price was lower online, which they honor when they check you out. On top of that, as a visitor, I had a coupon for tax free and another 7% (there are brands that are not eligible). An okay drugstore. They carry some basic stuff for personal hygiene and electronics like SD cards, data SIM cards and snacks. The staff is always smiley so you will feel that you have landed in Japan indeed. I don’t really think their stock is awesome but I always buy some chapstick and wet tissues just to ‘feel’ that I landed in Japan.
