Since they are in Shibuya, they're going to be busy. Especially in the basement stationary section and the first floor souvenirs. What usually is a straightforward process in Japan is turned into a multiple-step process where they retain a handling fee of 1.55/2%.. It is a tokyu hands for younger crowds. A lot of variety for notepad / books , deco stuff.

Bonus point for tourist : there's a fuji wonder printing kiosk, printing photos for just ¥40-100, great as souvenirs ! Photos are printed rather instantly after payment.
