Worst customer service anywhere I’ve encountered in Japan. Accidentally left my Bandai NAMCO arcade card on the machine in the basement arcade I was playing on. Came back soon after a player nearby said someone found it and gave it to the staff. I found one and he impatiently kept repeating the same word louder and louder even though he knew I didn’t understand. Finally I took out the translation app and he yelled to it which said I needed the Card number. I told him I didn’t know it. He then said 无理 (not possible) and walked away. No explanation, no further help, etc.

I know it’s my fault for forgetting the card on the machine, but the staff’s attitude could have at least been better. He could have also checked the million cameras covering the arcade area to verify I was the one that lost it. I’ve been to Japan many times now and this is the rudest interaction I’ve ever encountered with a staff anywhere.

Just check the other reviews and you will find similar experiences from others. Do yourself a favor and never come here. There are plenty of better arcades...

Six floors of amazing video games. Every floor has a separate theme. The ground floor and the first floor is all claw machines when you go upward you can also enjoy over an entire floor of just music games and then the last floor is all about card games. The staff is constantly circling around, checking on the machines and making sure everything is in order. Local take these gains very seriously so make sure not to bother them. They even have tripods to use with your cell phone to record yourself playing these games. There are several machines to put in your bills and get the coin so...

This was a scam! Machine didn't drop the prize at all when it was in a position to fall into the hole. It gave an error so we called the clerk. He only reset the machine like it was before the error play. When we tried it again it gave an error again and didn't drop the prize again!!! After that the clerk said he could only completely reset the game which completely voided all the plays before. I'm aware claw games are luck and skill based but losing the positioning plays because the machine is programmed to not let you...
