My friend and I came for the Nike by you! Arrived about ten minutes before opening and were second in line on a Monday (which was also a public holiday). We didn’t have to make reservations or anything, just walked in. The staff who greeted us spoke English, although we could understand Japanese as well. I was able to customize a crewneck and a hat, I wasn’t told about any limit. They also marked on the files which stickers/seals are unavailable and explained only stickers for hats. They have limited time design going and I thought it was really cute and the color scheme was great. The calligraphy/graffiti stylization of “Shibuya/渋谷” was cool too. After setting our designs, it only took about an hour to come back and pick up our order! My complaint would be that the sizes available are only men’s sizes, although an S is fine for an oversized look, I would’ve like to have female size options. Another is that I wish there were more larger seals available to decorate the clothes. Seoul provides a lot of...
Read moreWas there at 11 am to get a spot at the nike by you (to customize my own Nike products). As I was the first person I immediately could start to design my products. The women was very nice she explained to me that I can choose up to 3 products to design but there’s a time limit of 30 min per customer - which waa totally fine for me. You pay for the product and every design you put on it you pay extra. When you have finished designing you give the product to one of the employees and pay. After the payment you will get a time when your product is ready to be picked up. Depending on how many people are designing you have to wait longer or less. In the meantime I went to the other shops around and after half an hour I came back to pick it up. I would say it’s the perfect souvenir or gift. Definitely would do it again. As I heard different Nike stores have different designs you can put on. Also very important the T-Shirt should only...

The young male clerk at the cash register, whether a customer is waiting or not, just lingers around the queue in a bored manner and does not give directions. When he finally handles the cash register, he sells the cash register in a quiet, lazy voice, as if he were a young man working in a second-hand clothes shop. This is not the customer service of a very world-class manufacturer's shop. Overall, the shopkeepers appear to be amateur part-time workers who started working yesterday. Hey YUKI, do your...
