I’ve struggled to find a pilates studio in Tokyo that doesn’t require a membership fee, and came upon this studio. First off every single instructor I’ve had has been so attentive and extensively analysed and tailored the lesson to my deficiencies.
In particular, my private lessons with Noriko san was not only enjoyable as she is the loveliest person, but also proved very effective as I only did x2 a week private classes with her for just under two months and had already received so many compliments after on my physique and posture. My back pain and shoulder has also improved significantly despite mostly working from a desk.
In addition to this I also attended a few group sessions, mostly with Mei san who was very attentive with proper pilates form and made the class enjoyable. I’ve recommended this studio to all my friends visiting Tokyo and will continue to support myself!

I was hooked & inspired after the first trial lesson with Taeko & was committed to two lessons weekly even though I’ll be in Tokyo for only two months.
Super fun, friendly & lively lessons. I’ve tried them all.. (reformer beginner, reformer & cardio-lates). Instructors were clear to cue exercises and movements, always watching our form and alignment, making sure we focus precisely on our core and “forgotten” muscles.
I can already see visible results - improved sculpted body, more nimble with higher energy level and a good night’s sleep.

Private sessions with Taeko are always so much fun and appropriate amount of muscle pain: she’ll never go easy on you but won’t push you more than you can take.
