Great little watch store! It is unfortunately small, but it's one in a larger chain and they are willing to bring in stock from other locations, so with their web site, you have a great selection at a wide price range (from low 100,000's to high-end Rolex, Audemars Piguet, and others). The best part of this shop is Nobu (I hope that's spelled right). This employee was incredibly helpful and friendly! He speaks English well, and our relationship started with him seeing me looking lost outside his store, and helping me find the watch store nearby that I was looking for. After visiting the other one, I returned here and Nobu was still eager to help. It took a second trip to Japan two months later to make a purchase, but once again, he was super helpful and very good to work with. While exploring Shibuya, I stumbled upon this shop by accident—probably the best decision I made during my trip. The employees and owner were incredibly welcoming, with no pressure to buy or any sense of arrogance. Mr. Yoshimura even encouraged me to check out other stores before making a decision.
I eventually returned because the watch’s condition was excellent for a used piece. We negotiated a price, and they treated me like a king. They even watched my friend’s kid while we shopped—an experience that truly set them apart.
