Although you're allowed to test a phone, you're restricted to: 1) Turn on the phone, swipe thru the apps & settings ONLY. (as models in Japan could be sim-locked) 2) They won't allow you to connect to their shop's wifi. 3) They don't allow you to connect to 3rd party wifi either. And so a customer CANNOT test the phone's connectivity at all. Tourist please avoid buying phones from this shop. From the reviews on Google alone, there were already many victims who bought non-functional phones from them.

This is a decent place to buy used camera lens from. I did my research online and found the lens I wanted all from a particular store.

Upon visiting them and checking the used lens, I would say it’s in decent to good condition. I picked up two lens at a good price so I had a positive experience with the service and products.
