The staff purposely slowed down the queue at the fitting room because they saw that I was not Japanese. Even though someone exited the fitting room she delayed the entire process, walking around pretending to help the other customer in the other fitting room. I was next in line according to the buzzer they gave but she took another 10minute to call my number. And no the 10minutes wasn’t used to clean the room, she was standing and walking around doing nothing pretending to do something again. The other staff were also super rude staring at me from head to toe pls stop being so childish. I waited a total of 30 mins for the stupid...

Clothes are okay, but the staff are always incredibly rude. Maybe it's only towards foreigners, but every time I want to try something on, they look at me with disgust, even when I speak Japanese. I want to feel comfortable and welcome when I go shopping! But at this shop they are always very rude. So many staff not doing anything... you think they could use their time towards customer service instead of gossiping with each other and being rude to people who want...
