This presented zero risk or financial loss to the owner; they would still get paid. Their response was not just a simple "no." It was a barrage of hostile and abusive messages. After we pleaded for understanding of our situation, the owner repeatedly spammed our inbox with messages like: "We reject all requests." "Our attitude is very firm." "Please don't send us any more messages." When we expressed our disbelief at their callousness, the owner's final, chilling message to us was: "Your revenge is welcome." Let that sink in. A host on a major travel platform telling a customer, who was forced to cancel due to a war, that their "revenge is welcome." If your trip goes perfectly, perhaps you'll have a fine stay. But if you encounter any issue, any emergency, or any unexpected event that requires even a shred of flexibility or compassion, you should know this is the kind of person you will be dealing with. 個人覺得床很好睡 很適合要停留多天的旅客 除了浴室、浴缸空間比較小 其他餐具鍋碗跟洗衣粉該有的都有 沒有客房清潔的服務 但垃圾跟回收可請房東協助丟 沒電視、沒飲水機 一層兩戶、對門感覺是本地的小家庭 與朋友住的是雙床房 兩個人加兩個30吋的行李箱空間還算ok 有電梯、但電梯口一樣空間不大 樓下有個感覺很chill的小酒吧 四處都有飲料販賣機有賣水 約10分鐘的路程內有24小時的小超市

We were forced to cancel our family trip to Japan due to our flight being canceled last-minute because of the war in our home country—a classic force majeure event completely out of our hands.

Perfect for our first stay in Tokyo, location is amazing everything is more or less 15 to 30 minutes walk. Beds are so confy , bathroom pleasant and accommodations perfect 🙏 Might come back...
