Just like any other reviews, the staffs attitude r terrible. Been a big fan of this brand. Had an excellent experience everytime shopping in LA n their NYC store which just opened a while ago. However, their staff here in Shibuya were so terrible. I was tryin on their clothes in the fitting room, I left for 10 min n realize I forgot my glasses that I left in the fitting room, so I quickly returned n informed them I left my glasses here. Boom, it’s gone. I asked if they have cameras or impression of who has come to the fitting room so I can maybe call the police for help. All I get is I don’t know with a 🤷 gesture from them. Even though I don’t speak Japanese (English instead), and since I’m afraid that they don’t understand so I even use Google Translate to express my word, but sadly all they did was just staring at me and a 🤷♂️ gesture. Yea my whole day was ruined and the employees didn’t even try to help me at all. At the end they were even speaking Japanese which I do not understand to each other n ignoring me. Thanks, if y’all want to shop plz go to LA’s or NYC’s store. It’s really sad that this kind of terrible attitude exist in a country that is famous for polite n...
Read moreI visited this store on August 30th at around 6 pm, and to say I'm disappointed would be a monumental understatement. With only two workers on duty and not a single other customer in sight, you'd think the staff would be eager to offer top-notch customer service. Instead, what I got was a lesson in how not to treat patrons.
I was sternly told to get off a chair in the middle of an empty store. Yes, you read that right—an empty store. This ludicrous policy left me dumbfounded. If their goal was to make customers feel unwelcome, then mission accomplished.
As if that wasn't bad enough, the staff were of absolutely no assistance when it came to helping me find clothes or getting the right size. Their behavior ranged from indifferent to openly rude. Apparently, they must be under the impression that customer service is optional and not a cornerstone of retail success.
If you're considering a visit to this store, do yourself a favor and spare your time and...
Read moreI recently found out that the Undefeated Harajuku branch has closed, so I decided to check out their Shibuya location, which I hadn't visited before. The store itself is quite cool and spans two floors.
Coincidentally, it's currently sale season, so the second floor had many items discounted by 20-30%, and they were all great pieces, not just unwanted stock. The staff provided friendly service, politely greeting me every time they passed by.
Again, trying on clothes here isn't allowed, but that's a rule I was aware of before flying to Japan. Because of this, I made sure to bring a tape measure. I asked the shopkeeper for permission before measuring, and it was granted. Ultimately, I ended up buying a t shirt, even though my initial goal was to find a hat. Unfortunately, there weren't any hats that suited me here, but I’m still happy with the...
