We ordered [TE15], grilled beef ribs, and other items. Unfortunately, the [TE15] was extremely tough and completely inedible—it was impossible to chew. The quality was so poor that even a dog or pig would struggle to eat it.
The total bill came to approximately ¥8,000 (around AUD $90), which was highly disappointing given the experience. I never expected to encounter such poor food quality in Japan, especially from a Japanese chef.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. If I could, I would rate this restaurant below zero. It feels like a dishonest establishment that misleads customers. I strongly advise others...

Each table had a “teppanyaki” (flat iron griddle) that kept the food piping hot and each dish tasted amazing!
