KFC Paradigm Mall JB — Restaurant in Johor

This incident happen on Sunday, 20 April 2025

I came at 6pm, I already ordered take away at kiosk. After an hour, 7pm I asked one of the staff regarding about my orders as I had a movie to catch at 650pm, however when the staff talked to the manager ( She wear black hijab with black specs and slightly tall Malay lady ) , the manager straight away shoved off me and said “this is staff area, you’re not allow to come in” and slam the door. Left me dumbfounded as I couldn’t even show her my receipt. And mind you, when all the staff were at the counter busy packing with lots of orders coming in, that manager was seen standing at the back not helping the team nor do anything to speed up the orders. After the movie, I decided to come back for my orders and asked them to change my food to the new batch as it’s already been out there for don’t know how long? And that same manager still can ask me why? The previous staff explain to the manager however her response was “I didn’t know”

No apologies, nothing from the manager.

KFC suppose to be a fast food chain, not a goddamn fine dining or a night market whereby everyone had to gather at the counter just to ask where is the food at.

This is absolutely Absurd and disgusting to have these kind of system in place and manager not doing their jobs?!

After what happened today, I hope the management of KFC will take action against this and make...

The worst experiance with KFC in this outlet. Totally dissappointed with their customer service and foods. The staffs at this outlet treat customers like we are unwelcomed. The food they serve oh shit. I still find better words to describe it. We order burger and chicken. The chicken was served stone cold and kinda smelly (old oil/ recooked). I guess maybe this outlet is equipped with time travel machine, so they prepare our order way before we place the orders. French fries was served chilled. The zinger burger how do i tell. I really need to use some dictonary to describe it. Worst ever burgers i had in my life. The only thing was served hot was smashed potato. Other then that everything was damn. For us who dine in we got this worst, i feel pity for those take away order via grab/ food panda. I really hope in future they can improvise pls. The experience was truly awful. The food was cold and tasted horrible, and the whole restaurant was not clean. We ordered to eat in, but we had to wait for more than 30 minutes. When we finally approached the counter staff, they gave us our food in a takeaway bag. We took it back to our table and discovered that a piece of chicken was missing from our Double Down chicken meal. The chicken we did have was cold and soggy. We went back to the counter, and the staff were very reluctant to help us until another crew member asked them to. We asked for four extra forks, but they only gave us one.
