I had been looking for a salon in KL for weeks and ended up trying Andy Ho. I am so happy I did because I had a great experience and this will be my go-to hair salon whenever I am in KL. I had an appointment for a cut and color.

First of all, scheduling online is a breeze. Simple and straightforward service selections and date/time slot availability. I got there for my appointment about 30-45 minutes early because I had been wandering the mall. Decided to pop in to see if they could take me in early and they could.

My stylist was Anson and he was incredible!! Not only so kind and personable, but from the minute he sat me down he made me feel welcome and heard with what I was wanting. He communicated back to me everything we talked about for my hair and the results were exactly as I wished - actually better. He was precise and thorough, as was the assistant helping him (who gave the best head massages while shampooing, haha).

Afterwards he showed me styling techniques to help with volume which was so nice of him and really explained what he did and why with the layering and framing. It's obvious how much Anson cares for his clients and work.

The price is on the higher end, however the quality and overall experience I had here makes it worth it to me and I will return here...

Decided to choose this place for a trim as suggested by my friends- I was so nervous as it’s been quite some time since I got a haircut and the thought of going to new hair saloon to me is daunting. I had Ngu as my hairstylist and he is INCREDIBLE! I would recommend him to everyone. He recommend dyeing my hair to honey/chestnut as it matches my complexion and I showed him what kind of cut I’m looking for. He even recommended some treatments to address some issues I have with my hair and scalp. Let me tell you, he did a miracle on my hair! He made sure I’m aware of every steps including the price, process and aftercare. Ngu even check if I’m okay from time to time which alleviate my nervousness as I never had my hair dyed professionally. And not to mention, Ina did an amazing head and neck massage when washing my hair and during the treatment- again all steps and products used were explained. Everything was communicated clearly, as I have little knowledge on haircare which was helpful. These pictures did not do justice on how amazing my hair looks and feel but you can clearly see I’m a very happy customer! Ngu is without a doubt my hair “godfather” and you’d trust him to magically transform your hair. Will definitely go back here whenever I come to...
