THE SERVICE IS THE BEST THING HERE!!! Remember ure paying for the great service, not so much the food heheh. The cafe is gorgeous, theres 2 parts, i suggest go inside the one with windows seating! Definitely and instagrammable place. Such beautiful decorations of roses, every where u see, even the ceiling lights so beautifully decorated. The waiters all so friendly and attentive, our personal fav were malek and laila. Malek has been entertaining us throughout the dining session, i didnt expect to be laughing so much coming here. Hahha. Laila suggested us to try the kunafa (cost rm90) coz of the interesting presentation. So glad we trusted her, turns out .. the lights were dimmed, the music were extravagant, then malek coming out wearing PPE bringing a box of "hazard" meal. Laila even offered to take our video throughout the presentation! Their videography skill are amazing too!!Hahah i really2 enjoyed the experience, truly amazing and unique. The kunafa tasted okay just a bit dry maybe can add more cream and sugar water. Hehee. Then we tried the tiramisu, OMG I HAVE TO TELL U THIS IS THE BEST TIRAMISU EVER! Presentation with dry ice makes it even better. Its so thick and decadent, served w fresh fruits (berries strawberries and raspberries - my fav), love it so much! Worth the money. We also tried the opera charcoal latte (this is just normal charcoal latte, bit sweet for me), then we had the rose latte and its one of the most mesmerizing presentation!! There's like a sphere of smoke on top of it. Malek taught us how to poke it, and took perfect video of us with it! Drinks taste like juice pretty sweet and smooth. Personally i loved my experience here, my bestie treating me for my birthday. Handsdown one of the best celebration! If ure going for photos/videos and experience, i highly recommend it!! We booked the table at 5pm on mother day so that My daughter and I was supposed to have bonding time as my hubs was on business trip and the first impression of the restaurant with the service was good until it turn out to be the worse case where a group of adults came by and I believe the restaurant has no other table at the non smoking area when the manager suddenly came and told us that if we could move to the Smoking area to leave the table for that group!!! You asked a Mother with a kid to move to smoking area to leave the table for other adults group and came out with a nonsense reason that they had the same reservation with us when they came like 40mins after us and even if so what is the issue with us that we have to move for them when we arrived we was told that this table was reserved for us. Do you think I am dumb when you told me such reason and that should be your issue but not asking us to move to the smoking area! If you want to take walk-in customer for your sale but have to ask a customer who has booked the table to move for the that group- what kind of restaurant is this. I am surprised that I even agreed to move ourselves to the smoking area as I did not want to create a scene but since then you have ruined our bonding time completely! My daughter and I was not comfortable at the smoking area and we have to leave the restaurant straight away despite our food half way when we was thinking of order more food for our dinner!i didnot even making a noise over this as I do not want my daughter to be even more upset! If the owner and higher manager did not look into this issue seriously and explain to me what type of F&B’s running with this behaviour then you are deserve 1 star! I have dined with many type of high end restaurants and this is the most horrified experience that leave us the entire of the time was moody and upset.it feel like completely...

We decided to try a new cafe for the first time. We took my sister out for her birthday treat. As pink is her favorite color, we opted for this place.

So, here’s what we all thought : Aesthetics - really pretty Pictures look deceiving though - not as big as it seems to be in the picture. Their pretty pink plates laid out on the table were for deco only. When they brought the food, they took those plates away and brought old dirty looking plates instead. The crystal glass on the table was for show only as well. Service - really good! The only thing that was good about this place! Nothing else was good!!!!

None of us enjoyed the food - very disappointing considering it was like a 5 star place.

The WORST OF IT ALL - THE RIDICULOUS PRICING!!!!!!!!!!!!!

RM35 for a small glass of juice. RM22 for a can of coke.

We bought the birthday package for RM174 - this price didn’t even include a slice of cake - we didn’t realise this earlier. The caption said there will be a birthday serenade - this wasn’t true at all - they just blasted the birthday song and the waiters just clapped! That’s it!!!

For 2 main dishes and only 3 drinks, our bill came close to RM300!!!!!!!!!

The sad part was - nothing was good. No value for money at all. Definitely will never return to...
