Staffs are not trained at all and neither do they care about your hair and providing best service. They are also very money hungry so be careful when they tempt you with extra treatment and more services. Also double check your hair after service because they literally only curled half side of my hair and left the other side undone, they are too busy taking the payment and promoting you to buy their expensive hair products to care. Explained in detail below:âźď¸ Please donât get tricked by the 5 star reviewsâźď¸ I looked through instagram and saw their air wave perm as their most popular treatment so I went to go for that but I did keratin treatment 2 years ago so I double checked with other salons and they were honest upfront and said perm is not possible, but they told me itâs fine if it was done at least one year ago. Still I went again one day before service to ask again and the manager insisted itâs fine but if I want an even more guarantee then I should pay extra 278RM. The service itself was 668 so to pay so much on top was over my budget but I still agreed upon her scaring me about it not turning out silky. Finally the day of service I check again to do a patch test before doing the whole hair. Now during the whole service the staffs kept rotating and going to serve other guests and 4 staffs ended up doing my hair even though the professional was supposed to do it like the manager told me, so as a result due to lack of attention and very badly trained staffs only the right side of the perm was successful and the left side was uncurled but the lady in the end just kept twisting my hair to make it look alright and told me after to buy 4 hair products altogether costing around 516RM (much more without discount), so the whole service itself was already over 900RM, to ask more was absurd, I was so pissed and hungry as the whole process took 6 hours and the curling rods was kept in for so long that my neck and shoulder was already sore, upon eating and coming home and finally checking my hair in the mirror, I was shocked with how bad it was, the ends were completely straight and sticking out like sticks and only a few strand on the right was curly but most of it was the stylist twisting it to make it look alright. I immediately went back again and complained about it but the stylist just blamed on my hair, how damage it was, and dry and this and that. But if the issue was my hair why was one side ok and the other wasnât? đit was so absurd and made no sense. Upon throwing a fit, the manager did the whole process again in under 3 hours and it turned out perfect, the curls were there and it was more bouncy, but to have to argue at such a high end salon and go through the process again was so tiring and unfair, even if my hair was the issue, because every hair is different, they should be attentive and be careful and spend time from the start, and if they canât do it why insist on being able to do it because I wanted to do keratin again for my grown roots anyway which would have been a lot cheaper, thankfully my hotel was 10mins away so I could come again but no customer should have to come again and spend 12 am till 10pm, WHOLE 10 HOURS HUNGRY is absurd and I would advise every other customers to please check your hair again before leaving, because all they care about is the money. And please donât get tempted by their consultation, they donât know or care about whatâs best for your hair. Its all about the money, such a shame. And none of the staffs are trained except the manager which was even...
Read moreWent here today with my two other friends for the 5 layer treatment promotion. The staff were very attentive. They guided me to my seat accordingly and they asked me what tea I would like to have before my treatment. They also very kindly lent me the phone charger while I wait.
However, the consultation service and treatment is very poor to say the least. The consultant takes a brief look at my hair and asked me to add keratin treatment on top of the 5 layer treatment because he said they have additional promotion for the first time customer. He said that I have a sensitive scalp and frizzy hair. I appreciate the offer and said thank you but I told him that I made another hair treatment a week before and I would like to see first how the 5 layer treatment will look like.
They started off with washing my hair and another staff also was asking me to do the Brazilian keratin treatment if I want my hair to look like hers. I had to repeat myself again and she still insist that I need to try if I want to maintain a straight hair for at least 2-3 months. I am annoyed already at this point.
And then they started the second and third step (highlighting) that they just gonna blow my hair because of my frizzy hair. One of the staff came with a shampoo and conditioner telling me that I should bring them back home. I am so annoyed I ask how much is it, it's definitely not free right. And then I have to repeat myself again that I already did another treatment and I said I want to see the end product of this treatment. She said that what I'm doing is just to moisturise my hair and it will not last long. She made it sound like they really don't do anything major for this treatment. I'm so disappointed because I really look forward to it as the original price is very high :(. They tried to hard-sell to me for many times, I am so frustrated.
I must also share that I had a near- death experience when one of the staff washed my hair. She didn't properly put the pad and my neck almost broke. Good thing she apologised.
I also noticed that my friends are not treated the same way as me. They are not offered tea and the staff did not try to hard- sell to them as they did me.
They are very unprofessional and this is not my first rodeo with Le Classic. Highly NOT recommended and you can find a lot other better salon with the price...

Picked this saloon because they sounded great online - focusing on no damage and natural results. Instead I got the exact opposite - overbleached orange hair with random gray patches. I explained that Iâm working on regrowing my natural hair color and therefore want to do some highlights that would blend in a bit with last highlights that I got in Europe 6 months ago. I told the hairdresser I live on a remote island so my main focus was not to have harsh regrowth therefore I wanted no toning done to my natural hair color apart from highlights. Firstly they did the foils and obviously picked bleach way too strong for my hair - strands were bleached completely white within 30 minutes. To hide this they then proceeded to tone over with toner that turned all my natural hair and the new highlights ORANGE. The hairdresser admitted it was mistake and then they called in another older hair dresser and promised to âbalanceâ it back to normal. Which meant - again bleaching some selected strands and then toning the rest to remove the orange. Since that didnât work properly they again tried to hand paint gray color on random sections in my roots to hide the leftover orange. I spent 5 and a half hours there and I have no words to describe the result so I will post photos. Please keep in mind the part done by them was completely unprocessed hair regrowth that just needed some highlights. Now my natural ashy gray brown hair is turned orange at roots with gray patches and a couple bleached white strands that are already breaking off due to double-bleaching them. And this mess absolutely doesnât blend in with the highlights done by last colorist. I was left in tears and with burning scalp. They offered 20% discount on the coloring service which is an insult. Wasted 5,5 hours and paid almost 200$ to damage my hair.
The only thing âLuxeâabout this place is the location above some designer boutiques at Pavilion mall. Even if I put aside the disaster done to my hair - the cleanliness was bad. When I sat down in the chair there where chunks of hair on the floor and cake wrapper on table left from previous client - which stayed there the entire time. Just...
