probably will file at National Scam Response Centre let them to start the investigation. The stuff here just over price a lot. Even they charge for changing charcoal for my friends and no menu stated that there is charges for changing charcoal RM40!!! Good one Egyptian, you can say it's fake review (which i have read through some one star reviews, always try to explain to people it's fake review), but let the malaysia government department do the investigation to judge whether it's fake review or not Egyptian (boss), You can just wait 👍🏻 And will report to MCMC for checking the good reviews here..let's see what are the penalty for you to conduct business this way and a lot of people mentioned it's a scam due to over price. for me, my own opinion, over price is not scam, although it's super expensive, one shisha costs RM75! but thing is that they did not mention in menu (actually i feel like they don't have menu at all, but i could be wrong), and if yes, this is already violated Price Control and Anti-Profiteering (Price marking of Goods and charges for service) Order 2020. Penalty can up to RM100,000. Changing Charcoal for RM40, but we did not ask for help. The egyptian came to change a few times himself, then asked money for this service...Good strategy, let's the relevant government department tell you whether it is the proper way to conduct business like this By the way, and also take a look of their reviews, those left with 5 stars reviews, most of them stated RM20 - RM40, this is totally impossible for this place. I noticed there were people left their reviews at 4pm - 5pm which is not their operating hours, suspicious

Scam Alert – Misleading Prices & Overcharging at Arabian Shisha Lounge I had a terrible experience at Arabian Shisha Lounge, located above The Frame Hotel. This place is a complete scam. The banner outside clearly advertises RM15 Nett for shisha, but when the bill came, we were shocked to see they charged nearly RM50 for it — more than three times the advertised price! It doesn’t stop there. A simple juice was charged at RM20 per glass, and basic snacks like french fries and nuggets cost over RM30, which is absurd for something that isn’t even a main course. There was no proper menu or pricing displayed, and the staff failed to inform us of any of these outrageous prices beforehand. It felt like a trap designed to scam customers, especially those who are visiting for the first time. This kind of dishonest and shady business practice is unacceptable. I strongly warn others to stay away from Arabian Shisha Lounge. Don’t fall into the same trap — there are far better and more honest shisha places out there. The place look so dead.

Disappointing Experience - Mediocre Service, and Hygiene Issues

My recent visit left me with mixed feelings. Let's start with the positives - the pizza I ordered was genuinely delightful, and I enjoyed every bite of it. The chef deserves credit for preparing a tasty dish that met my expectations.

However, the overall experience was far from satisfactory. To begin with, the pricing at arabian shisha lounge seemed excessive for what was offered. I couldn't help but wonder if the quality matched the cost.

When I ordered a Lemon Mint drink, I was served a simple Lemon Juice instead. This misstep was disappointing, and what made matters worse was that I was still charged for the Lemon Mint drink, even though I received the wrong beverage. Such errors in service shouldn't be overlooked, as they reflect poorly on the establishment.

Moreover, the Shisha I ordered was supposed to boast a prominent Double Apple flavor, but unfortunately, the taste was barely detectable. When I pointed this out to the waiter, he appeared indifferent and unhelpful, providing no solution to address the issue.

Another concerning aspect was the poor hygiene and cleanliness within the restaurant. It was evident that the place was not adequately maintained, with several areas lacking the necessary tidiness. To my surprise, the restroom didn't even have handwash available, which is a basic requirement for any establishment serving food.

Although the restaurant boasted a picturesque view, it failed to compensate for the subpar service, hygiene, and value for money.

To add to my disappointment, the staff's attitude was lackluster. When I expressed my dissatisfaction upon leaving, the response was a forced handshake without a smile or any show of gratitude.

In conclusion, while the pizza and view were commendable, they were overshadowed by the wrong drink order, the indifferent service, and the lack of hygiene standards. The pricing seemed unjustified for the overall experience provided. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for the restaurant to improve its offerings and customer service, creating a more enjoyable and satisfactory dining experience for...

Not a place to consider. Just by having a quick look around we decided not to get a shisha because of how poorly maintained the place looked.

We simply ordered two watermelon juices and specifically asked with no sugar and we received what tasted like either watermelon syrup or watermelon juicebox blended with ice (which is full of sugar). When we asked what was in the drink, they told us it was watermelon. We've had plenty of watermelon juices and know what it tastes like and know they were lying.

Being extremely unsatisfied and not finishing our drinks, we go to pay and find that we're being charge RM2 extra than the price that was on the menu. The guy present did not speak English and so it was impossible to get any answers from him. He called his boss who told us there was an added tax to the price when nowhere on the menu is that indicated. He just sounded like he was trying to come up with some excuse instead of giving a valid reason. As we were in a hurry, we chose to simply pay and leave to not drag the argument on longer.

By purposefully serving us something we did not want and lying about it (when they could have been more clear about what kind of juice they actually have), by having a poor presentation with poor communication and having the indecency of charging us extra, we can very evidently deduce that they don't take business seriously and they don't care about their costumers.

We tried out this place looking to find a local chill spot to hang out at night that's close to where we're staying and this place ended our night on a very sour note. The worst experience we've had in KL so far. Do yourselves a favor and go to a respectable establishment if you're looking for a shisha cafe. Absolutely despicable.

P.S.: Most of the 5 stars reviews are spams. They appear one after another with people who have 1 or no reviews to their profiles. Numerous 5 stars reviews started appearing the same night I am posting this one when the place was completely deserted. We only shared the space with the employee, the manager/owner and ants. This place is a complete scam. I'm embarrassed for not realizing that before going. Save...

Avoid This Restaurant at All Costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our experience at this restaurant was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment we stepped in, it was clear that this place was nothing like the photos or videos posted online. The views advertised on their Google page were obviously taken from another location – completely fake and misleading!

Food Quality: The food was absolutely horrible. We were served burnt pieces of chicken breast that were extremely salty. When we questioned the cook, he claimed he had added spices – an outright lie. The chicken came with plain, tasteless rice and a few measly French fries. It was one of the most unappetizing meals we've ever had.

Cleanliness and Ambience: The place was filthy and almost completely empty. It felt more like a neglected storage room than a restaurant.

Staff Appearance and Service: The person serving us was wearing flip-flops and short jeans – not even close to proper restaurant attire. It was unprofessional and uncomfortable.

Pricing and Payment: The final bill was absolutely outrageous. For a teapot, a plate of rice, a few pieces of burnt chicken, and some fries, we were charged an astronomical 100 MYR. To make matters worse, we were served bottled water we never ordered, and it was added to the bill. The chicken and rice plate alone was priced at 48 MYR – a price even luxury restaurants in Kuala Lumpur wouldn't dare charge. It was clearly a scam.

No Receipt, Cash Only: No receipt was provided, and they only accepted cash payments – another huge red flag.

Legal Concerns: It was also painfully obvious that the person cooking and serving had no proper permits to work in the restaurant industry.

Final Thoughts: If you're considering dining here, save yourself the trouble, the frustration, and most importantly, your money. This place is a scam, and dining here feels like throwing your hard-earned cash off a building. Avoid...
