UNIQLO The Exchange TRX — Local services in Kuala Lumpur

Horrible experience, called the store to reserve an item, a staff name EPI? answered and told me the item i want is available, just in stock, i double checked multiple times with the staff to make sure it was the correct item and size. I gave him my name and told him i will come & collect it the next day. The next day, as i was on my way to the store, i called in advance just to let them know im omw and double check again to make sure its available, only to be told item he reserved was wrong and the item that i want wasnt even in stock in the store in the first place?? 🙃 dumbfounded, what kinda incompetent staff are they hiring?

Cashier staff called ACAP is SO rude. When I came to collect my clothes, for some reason, he turned around and started joking with his colleague to mock me, laughing very loudly and pointing at me.

Also, he didn't even offer the shopping bag even though I already paid for it, and I had to open my mouth to ask?? Then he didn't even fold the pants properly and just threw the clothes inside the paper bag.

Throughout it all, he has not even smiled once. He's always glaring and has this smug and "I can't be bothered" look and spoke very rudely with a terrible tone.

Made my first experience at TRX Uniqlo...

I had an unfortunate experience at Uniqlo TRX Exchange today. I attempted to make a payment using the self-service machine, but after three tries, the payment didn't go through on Uniqlo's system, even though the amount was deducted from my account. When I sought help from the staff, they advised me to contact Maybank, which told me I'd need to wait 16 working days to receive a refund. This situation has caused a lot of inconvenience, and I hope Uniqlo improves its payment systems to prevent this from happening to...
