NakNak 낙낙 The Exchange TRX — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

This place is always full of people so I thought the food would be nice, but my burger ended up tasting so dry and I personally dont think its worth RM20 for such a dry burger no matter how big it is. Workers are also not thaf friendly honestly.

They have a straightforward way of ordering using self service machines which you cant really see that well from the side, so if your going with friends keep that in mind.

They dont have many tables and the space is very small and crowded, which I dont think can even fit a wheelchair.

My friend who ordered the chicken said it didnt taste that good. For further context my burger only had a dallop of sauce on the patty and there was small bones in the patty. Dont recommend giving it to your small kids since the bones are thin and small in the middle of the patty.

I wouldn't really know if it is actually spicy or not since I stopped eating it halfway through (the dryness and size was too much). In my opinion if they want to make the burger that big then consider putting more sauce or even tomato in the burger it would help a lot with adding something to make it less dry.

I was thoroughly impressed by NakNak TRX’s excellent service. Despite the large crowd, their system was fast, efficient, and systematic. Ordering and paying through their digital system was seamless, and the buzzer system ensured a smooth pickup process. The handwashing station deserves a special mention for its advance feature

My fiancé and I opted for the Swiss Mushroom Beef Burger set, and it exceeded our expectations. The burger was a delightful combination of juicy beef and flavorful mushrooms, creating a perfect harmony of taste. We couldn’t help but wonder what type of mushroom they used to achieve such a fantastic flavour! As someone who usually doesn’t enjoy beef, I was pleasantly surprised that this burger suited my palate so well. The cheese was perfectly balanced, not overly salty and complemented the burger’s overall savouriness.

The fries were another highlight—crispy and well-seasoned without being too salty. Paired with the spicy chili sauce. Defo addicted. The lemon iced tea was a refreshing ..not overly sweet and refillable, which was a bonus.

Would I return? Absolutely! NakNak TRX has won me and my fiancé over with their great food, efficient service, and inviting atmosphere. Highly...

It was an average experience. In my opinion , wouldn't go for a second visit.

The burgers were juicy and sloppy. But it wasn't memorable and I kept comparing with other fast food restaurants. The milkshake is not fresh fruit, instead it was syrup. So it was too sweet. Would'nt recommend the "Joy", "Mango" & "Peach" milkshake. Especially the "Joy milkshake" it was filled with chocolate and rainbow sprinkles. I think there was a chunk of cookie just sitting at the bottom as well. Too sweet and not a pleasant after taste. The fries were below average. Lacking of flavour, not crispy and was cold. Chicken wings and drummettes were average as well. Sauce was sweet. Definitely felt like artificial colouring was incorporated instead of "ghocujang".

Overall, I would say the staffs were nice, tentative and helpful despite the place being super pack. They immediately rushed to clean the tables for the next customers.

Food however, I think there are much better places to visit if you want a taste of Korean inspired fast foods.
