I stayed in Suite Standard - the dome one. 5 star for the place. It was very clean with unique design for the bed and toilet, and very calming ambience.

I arrived at the glamping site around 9++ am but was told that wont be able to check in to the room yet. But then, when we urgently need to check in the room to change into snorkeling suit, receptionist Iwan was very great at handling the situation even though the room was not yet ready. He made sure that we are comfortable enough. Salute for his great decision!

Everything else is great except for the boat service. Management side should communicate more with their boat boys for the smooth transportation service. Mine was very bad. Was told to standby the latest by10.30 am for the 10 am boat trip, but the boys missed mine. I reached out the HQ but was picked up during the 12 pm trip. The boat arrived around 12.30 pm, and overloaded. Managed to arrive jetty safely.

If I were to rate their transportation service, I would give 0.5 OUT OF 5 star. First, I was rushed to be picked up at time stated. At first, me myself can decide to join which trip from island back to jetty. Since there were so many people, the HQ stated that we could only come back at 10 am. BUT WE ENDED UP WAITING FOR MORE THAN 2 HOURS DOING NOTHING.

I AM PUNCTUAL AND MY TIME IS PRECIOUS, THAT'S WHY THIS IS A BIG DEAL FOR ME.

Their HQ also need to improve a lot. Manage your people better. At least, have a quick check if your clients/ customers have been picked up. When I bring out about this, the HQ said I should be the one calling the boys to pick us. I already reach them out at 11 and still have to wait for 1 and half hour more.

Sharing this for the sake of others. Everybody comes for a vacation with the intention of de-stress, please give us the best for us to relax and have a good...

The location is good in the middle of quiet place , wake up with bird singing. It is between Coral bay and Long beach, walkable in 10 mins.

The tent is clean and with good air condition with private bathroom.

Expérience très décevante. Le logement était sale dès l’arrivée : draps pas propres, tente pleine d’humidité et une odeur désagréable. Rien à voir avec ce qui était présenté sur Booking.

On nous a fait attendre 3 heures en nous promettant un changement de chambre, pour au final nous demander de l’argent, alors que plusieurs logements autour étaient vides.

Et comme si ça ne suffisait pas, il a plu : l’eau a traversé la tente et nos lits se sont retrouvés mouillés.

⚠️ Ne vous fiez pas aux commentaires positifs affichés avant : notre expérience prouve que la réalité est bien différente.
