This place looks and feels traditional and in touch with how these kinds of places will have functioned for decennia. While not as cheap as random streetfood perhaps, tacos and canastas here will still be very affordable and judging by how busy and bustling it usually seems, it still appears to be frequented by locals as much as passing visitors. The flavours are pretty much as you would expect and certainly put orden al pastor tasted fine and the agua fresca de piña, while a little on the sweet side, did its job refreshing our palates. The taqueria is by a busy road with limited outdoor seating and close to Chapultepec park. There were a few locals grabbing a bite too. Very casual place and a perfect for grabbing a quick bite on the go. Prices were clearly displayed. As of May 2025, they were eleven pesos each. Very affordable and honest pricing. The service was pleasant too.
