Jashita Tulum Luxury Villas — Local services in Quintana Roo

We had the most beautiful time at Jashita Villas. After spending a week between Cancun and Tulum, ending our holiday at Villa Fosca truly felt like saving the best for last — it was the perfect finale. The villa’s architecture is stunning, the interior design is thoughtful and elegant, and the signature scent throughout the space made it feel like a dream.

As a photographer with a love for unique design and intentional spaces, this villa completely hit the mark. The communal areas felt warm and inviting, and the rooftop? Absolutely fantastic. Even small touches like having a washer and dryer on-site made a big difference; I flew back to London with clean clothes and one less thing to do.

We had a really great time at Jashita. We started our holiday in a villa, but we moved later on to the resort, because of disturbance of construction work. Everyone was very helpful and understanding in this situation. Both the villa and the resort were very nice. Good beds, nice bathrooms, everything very clean. Of course, the resort is brilliant because it is at the beach, there is a gym, great massages, etc. The food in the restaurant is also perfect, a mix of Mexican and Italian. The menu changes per day, so you are never bored ;-) But the most notably of all: everybody working at Jashita, from manager and concierge, to reception to restaurant is so very very kind! Amazing location of Imperia, close to tulum downtown and at the back of tulum beach, easy bike ride. The villa is inside a gated compound, you feel very safe and private. Beautiful details, comfortable, luxurious and chic, expeptional chef service, dinner was served on the roof top, insane, a blend of mexican dishes with argentinian grill. concierge service was excelent,Cleaning immaculate. Sencond day Went with all the group to spend the day at Jashita and were blown away, from decor to beach , went snorkelling on the reef and ended with a fantastic lunch at Pandano.
