We stumbled upon this hidden gem of a bar on one of our nights in Tulum and were greeted by the incredibly friendly and lovely Lucas. From the moment we stepped in, our experience was nothing short of unforgettable. The drinks were delicious, crafted with care and attention to detail. Lucas went above and beyond by offering us a selection of board games, which added an extra layer of fun to our evening. We thoroughly enjoyed our time playing games while sipping on our drinks.

We also had the pleasure of trying one of their focaccia sandwiches, which was absolutely delicious and hit the spot perfectly. To top it all off, Lucas surprised us, along with all other customers, with free tequila shots, which truly showcased the generosity and warmth of this establishment.

The bar exudes a beautifully serene atmosphere, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy good company. Its location is easily accessible, adding to the overall convenience of our visit. Our experience at this bar was nothing short of amazing, thanks to the exceptional hospitality of Lucas and the delightful ambiance of the place. We can't wait to return and create more wonderful memories....

I visited Tulum for vacation with my friend and her mother, one of the nights we were looking for dinner around the plaza we came across Sipology upon arrival you could already tell it was going to be a good experience, the ambiance was really nice and our waiter Lucas was very attentive and helped us get situated quickly. I was hoping to try a new drink the espresso martini looked very good but I wanted something on the sweeter side and our waiter Lucas recommended a carajillo which was so good the balance of the taste of coffee, Licor, and the sweetness all together made this my new favorite drink. The food here was also very delicious I tried their Caprese focaccia, steak, and potato flautas. My favorite would have to be the potato flautas, there was a sauce on top that was just very delicious. Great place to stop by for a bottle of wine. You can buy a bottle if wine from the selection they have inside, similar to Off the Vine. We had a nice bottle of chilled white wine which was around $650 MXN. Food really wasn't great though. Charcuterie board was a load of bland cheese, and a few meats which seemed to just come from a multipack. The pizza was ordered 3 times, followed up another 5 times and ended up taking about 40mins - and was mostly inedible. This is definitely a place to stop by for some wine - but I'd suggest avoiding...
