Captain Pim and tour guide Jasmin were excellent! The boat rides were super chilled and didn’t feel rushed. Jasmin is very knowledgeable on Amsterdam's history and was happy to answer all our questions. I’d recommend buying the ticket with the drinks option… Jasmin kept our wine flowing for the entire hour! Excellent value for money. I’d recommend taking the tour just before sundown. If the weather is nice, you’ll get some spectacular photos. Highly recommended

Just adding this extra bit because I agree with the previous bit of feedback - the glass is scratched, so if you are sitting inside it is hard to see the sights… but make sure you get there extra extra early so you can sit up front with the Pim and Jasmin. I knew the weather could be bad so I deliberately booked this tour. Maybe if you are certain that the weather is going to be clear book another tour…

Just re-editing this again because I’ve seen pictures of the boat without the plastic cover. Maybe it’s a seasonal thing and won’t be an issue in the spring and...

Had a rude encounter with a gentleman over the phone. When I tried to file a complaint he refused to give me a first name. I booked via trip advisor that I was told the wrong location to come to for the booking via my email confirmation. Then the gentlemen was nice enough to put the reservation one hour later. Then we get the area we’re the gentleman told us. The directions were incorrect that we were given. He just kept belittling us when we were asking questions and running around trying to find the dock for this boat cruise. We spent two hours attempting to make it to the tour and all we got was a mean and unhelpful employee. He kept cutting us off when we would ask questions and was irritated that we asked questions. He canceled are reservation with no refund at all. So we were waiting at the dock and nothing. So frustrating and I wouldn’t use this company. We just want our money back as we didn’t get the service...

Outstanding tour. Our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and walked us through tons of information and Dutch and Amsterdam culture. He was/is a history major studying in Amsterdam and native Dutch which was a huge help.

We did a night tour of Old City leaving at 8pm. It’s best to buy your ticket in advance as it’s 17.50 online and 20 when you show up. They mentioned boats typically ride through 1030pm or so though some nights they end early so check the available schedule online. Fear not about cold nights as they provide warm blankets for the ride and have a bathroom on board.

The unlimited beverage part of the package is incredible. You can have all the Heineken, mulled wine, red wine, white wine, soda, or water that you desire. The tour lady that sold us on the package earlier in the day mentioned “you can have 1 or 10...
