I bought sticks of ceylon cinnamon . Went home, opened it and one of them had mold. Went back two days later to bring it back. The lady hesitantly gave me money back at my request but said it wasn't allowed to bring things back although I had the receipt with me. I tried to explain it to her why I brought it back (mold) Then she called the husband. I explained it to him as well and he didn't check the cinnamon and asked me if I knew ceylon cinnamon.... I said yes. In a really aggressive way He said that I could leave and while i exit the shop, closing the door, he came after me and pushed the door towards me while I was still holding it.
