Very rude and arrogant staff!

I went to this place the 31.12.2018: I wanted to order some mixed fried seafood. I was served by a young woman of non-Dutch ancestry. I asked this girl if it's possible to make me a plate of freshly-fried shrimps. She started to mumble something, then she went to one of her colleagues: both girls whispered something into eachothers' ears and were grinning quite loudly while giving me those unpleasant stares. Then the ethnic girl went back to me and started to ask me what am i gonna do with the shrimps (I told her I wanted them fried, so I could eat them on the place). And a few seconds later she just turned her back to me and started to help another woman, a very loud Dutch lady).

I felt hurt and insulted (and it was twice as hurtful, because it was the last day of 2018, and I wanted this day to be nice and fun). If my request was not possible to fulfill, then why didn't this girl tell that to me? It's so extremely rude to just turn your back to a customer!

Maybe they dislike tourists and see people who don't speak Dutch as inferior. Maybe this girl thought I'm not a worthy customer because of my age or looks (I'm in my late 30s and suffer from an illness which caused me underweight and hairloss, so I must wear a wig: maybe the girl noticed my hair is not my own, so that was the reason her and her colleague laughed while staring at me).

I cannot comment on the quality of their food: after being treated in such an appalling way, I choose to turn my back and to walk away. No matter how good their seafood might be - the rudeness of their staff killed my desire to even give their food a chance. I was humiliated and treated like a subhuman, and I would strongly recommend all foreign visitors to stay away! The ironic thing is that the rude young woman who served me was not even...

I was really disappointed at the way my mom and I got treated at this store. Yesterday waiting for quite a long time. Completely ignored by both workers. Then another old dutch lady came and they literally directly started talking to her and asking for her order. Shocked at the behaviour and uneassines we decided to leave. Without my gambas :(

I've actually never tried their food so I can't rate that. But I will not go back to this...

I ate kibbeling, I asked it to be hot. But the personnel warmed it up in the microwave ..... I thought hot fried fish meant that it will be fried fresh.... Never had microwaved fish before. To top it off the price given and the price I paid is not even correct. Oh not to mention rude personnel! Splashed me with mop water and didn't even apologize.
