I’ve been shopping here for months. The quality of service seems uneven. It was the worst this time.

A lady working at the shop was helping an English-spoken customer at the corner and it has been taking quite amount of time without noticing that they were completely blocking the way for the people who were interested in the products where they were standing in front of. I, as one of those people, tried to get a closer picture of the products. Accidentally the basket touched the glass a bit. Suddenly the lady literally pushed me away with her hand with her working gloves and told me in a commanding tone: “put the basket here on the edge not on the glass!” I was shocked by her reaction.

First of all, verbal language is fairly enough if you want to approach to your customer! Please be careful with your body language, it may lead to some negative consequences. Secondly, there wasn’t any intention to rest the basket on the glass. It’s not necessary to tell the customer in a such commanding and unfriendly tone.

We’re going through a global pandemic and the employees working inside the shop do not wear a mask. The customers do wear a mask as they are obliged to when entering closed spaces. The last time I was there which was in the last weekend of March, I saw only one of the various employees wearing a mask. This is not an one-time incident, I go there every two weeks as I’ve been a loyal customer and I keep seeing the employees without masks. I sent an email to the company expressing my frustration towards the situation and I never got a reply. During this tough period of time seeing companies not taking measures towards the safety of their employees and their customers is unacceptable. Quality meat at low prices! Definitely my favorite butcher in the area for the variety of the selection, the level of service and of course the low low low prices. I'm a big fan of their smoked chicken thighs and breast. Get you hanger steak and rib eyes here. Ox tails and livers too. Cuts that you can't find at AH can definitely be found here. I've even seen brain - though not really my thing to buy. And if you love to make soup, they have soup kits for chicken, beef...
