Salsa Shop — Restaurant in Amsterdam

Updated review; After trying this salsa shop once again, i hoped for a better experience. I must say, the taste isn't bad, i like it. But what was bothering me this time that wasn't acceptable is that both of our burritos contained hard rice. I thought my teeth were breaking some times. I don't know if it wasn't cooked properly or if it happened while keeping it warm overtime and it dried out. The fiery yellow habanero never came back to its fiery status like it had some years ago. But i think they made it more accessible for a broader audience this way, so i understand why they would do this.

Customers who orders food online are not considered as customers for them. Here is my own experience of today evening. Read carefully before ordering food online from this shop, otherwise you have to wait like an hour or more to get your food. I am a food delivery rider. I went to pick up an order. Out of 3 girls, one was chatting on phone, another was talking to her and only one was preparing food. I had to pick 3 burritos, 2 of them were ready. I waited for 21 minutes and when I asked her again, she replied, "In store customers are important, you can wait or leave" and the worst part is that I didn't even get my order after 21 mins so I had to leave the place. If you’re looking for a Mexican experience, this is not the right place. Don’t get me wrong, as a fast food restaurant I think it’s pretty good, if you’re hangover or have a craving for fast food then I would say this is a pretty good option. This is Tex-Mex styled food, burritos aren’t really common in The center and south of Mexico, only in the north which is really close to the US, so it’s more of a Taco Bell or Chipotle.
