We have been going to Wolf for years since it opened up. It has been family for us. Since i was pregnant I had at least visited the place 3-4 times a week. All the staff have been so nice . The food is always delicious without exception. Its quality, friendship , good time.
Im horribly disappointed by new staff being disrespectful. Despite the cafe was empty she didnt want to accomodate my baby’s stroller at our regular table where it has been managed every single time we come . When I asked the help of the other lovely waitress that serves us every time, she got agressive with me saying “ you are talking to me” and blocked my way to speak with the other person.
Due to her attitude we left immediately. Its such a shame we have to part ways with our neighbourhood high quality friendly cafe. Noone should tolerate this behaviour especially a high quality place like this. I understand growth needs new staff but new staff could also be more carefully selected. I work in an international company and have been not only taking my family there for years every other day but recommended to everyone visiting . I am genuinely sad and disappointed. Wolf deserves...
Read moreUnfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. The place is extremely busy, we were waiting outside for half an hour, but when we finally were inside, we saw that there’re few free seats. We could even choose where we want to be seated.
But the main reason of my disappointment is a quality of coffee. I strongly believe that it’s really important to invest in good coffee, if you want to attract to your restaurant not only tourists, who will visit once and eat/drink whatever is given to them. I will never go back to a place where they charge the same price as in a specialty coffee place, but brew average beans from supermarket.
Huge minus for that.
I ordered burrata which was nice and fresh, but it would’ve been much better to eat it with a piece of freshly baked bread (though, you can order additionally for 5,5 euro 🫠).
Staff was nice and friendly. Cafe is beautiful, but you can’t really feel the atmosphere...
Read moreCame early morning, around 8am to buy pastries. The person selling the pastries was nice and they tasted great. We wanted to get a seat at the restaurant tables for coffee and remote work but the person there told us very harshly they don’t open before 8:30. We decided to wait outside and eat the pastries first. While eating them we thought to buy coffees at the bakery and wanted to know if we could still seat in the restaurant with those coffee. The woman inside the restaurant was once again very harsh with no other words in her mouth but “8:30” as an answer therefore not even answering my question. It can be confusing for clients when one establishment has two concepts with no clear rules of how they interact with each other. Basic service would be to answer simple questions and not with that very bad attitude. Pastries were good but we don’t enjoy being treated that way. Will probably...
