We booked this last minute once our first booking thru our agency turned out to be bogus. Anyways to our delight Lucas picked us up on the water at the Hilton which was nice. The boat was nice and and Lucas was well dressed and polite. We had a dinner cruise for 3 hours and the views was great and had some good information along the way. The food was great, not sure what restaurant it came from, as for we stopped along the way and they brought it to boat which was good. Otherwise we would do a review on the restaurant. plenty of drinks, however if your not into alcohol letting them know ahead of time would be good so they can stock non-alcoholic drinks. Booked an evening tour of the Light Festival with this company. Kept waiting an hour (after the time we were told to arrive) in the freezing rain on the quayside, with no shelter or place to sit. No information available about HOW late the boat would be, which is ridiculous for ships that are in radio contact and where personnel on board have mobile phones. Last year this tour company was better than the competition - smaller boats, pick up from a brew-pub. This year it's the big, standard boats and the service and arrival facilities are far worse than the big-guys tour companies. Will...

I celebrated my birthday at Smidtje Luxury Cruises. It was a wonderful day with excellent service. I would recommend Smidtje Luxury Cruises to anyone. Fantastic trip with 40 friends and family with a decorated drink. Totally awesome, 3 hours crisscrossing Amsterdam with 't Smidtje. A fantastic team with skipper and 2 hostesses. Highly recommended.
