This mini cafe has a very friendly staff and nice customer service. Today I've ordered a pistachio cruffin and an almond croissant. The cruffin was just perfect, because I wasn't too sweet for me, which is a very important criteria me. Note! : if you want to get one, you have to arrive to this cafe before 1 pm, otherwise they are gonna be completely sold out, since that's their most popular item, the same goes for an almond croissant, which was also great, especially if you are a vanilla cream lover, but for me it was a little too sweet. SHOCKED to see staff picking the croissants with their bare hands!!! No washing in between, nor tools to pick the croissants/pastries which I have never seen before (luckily). It is incredibly unhygienic and unfortunate given that the pastry's look so nice. I did request my croissants to be picked again without bare hands which they did indeed do. Though I hope in future they will create a new system like other bakeries, so that they are not mixing germs from the cash register/clients and the pastries. When I first came to the Netherlands, I discovered this bakery with my dad. And it was really impressed me. I tried the almond croissant—although it’s a bit sweet, it’s very delicious. The pistachio cruffin wasn’t sweet at all and was my personal favorite. Their pastries had a high butter content and were very crispy. The chocolate mousse tart was also quite tasty.
