Wish I could give 10 stars!!!

I stumbled into Ton Pho with a strained lower back that prevented me from walking more than a few steps without agonizing pain. I was staying at a hostel around the corner and, honestly, could not have been luckier. JJ (aka Beauty ;) took one look at me and asked "back or leg?!" When I answered she said, "oh god, I'll take you now."

She had me take off my shoes and socks and put on slippers before taking me back to an area enclosed with curtains. She had me sit down and came back with hot green tea and a tub of hot water and sliced lemons to soak my feet. After drying my feet she instructed me to take off my clothes and lie face down on the table. She left to let me undress and came back after I was laying on the table, with what she called tiger balm (analgesic like biofreeze) and a hot sponge wrapped in some kind of leaves.

Even laying down my back was still spasming but as soon as she started blotting my back with the sponge it started to relax. Like the previous review mentioned, this is not a massage for the weak. JJ kicked my butt, but amazingly hit all the problem areas, even ones I wasn't aware of. She has her own process to determine this, what she calls "checking the numbers". It was a amazing. I wished I could take her back to Toronto with me!!

She went for 1.5 hours but asked me at one hour if I wanted more. She was a miracle worker. After some more tea and melon I was able to walk (WALK!) out without help. Highly...

A few months ago I had an awful experience with the same masseuse here - laughing, talking, coughing, and just completely unprofessional. I complained and hoped it was a fluke. Fast forward to now, and my husband had her too — and it was even worse. She put pressure near his neck, and even after he told her multiple times to STOP, she kept going. He ended the session early because he was worried about being injured. When we brought this up, instead of listening or caring, the masseuse literally began screaming at us. She told us to “call the police” — over a customer safety concern and refund request. What? What kind of customer service is that? The owner wasn’t any better - defensive, zero accountability, and refused a refund even though the massage was stopped well within their own time policy. Truly disgusting behavior.

Both of us have now left this place feeling stressed, dismissed, and honestly shocked at how hostile and unsafe this business feels. If you value safety, respect, or basic sanity in customer service, go...

Moordenaars en criminelen op 18 augustus 2021, nadat ik het koud had gekregen en pijn in mijn rug kreeg, ga ik zoals aanbevolen naar het beste massagecentrum in de omgeving! ze hadden het erg druk ze wilden me een uur houden voor 75 euro maar ik onderhandelde een half uur voor 40 euro onmiddellijk betaald met kaart! na het betalen zetten ze me naakt in een kamer met gordijnen en veel andere mensen! een van deze meisjes met masker en hoofdstelende ogen en kwam naar me toe. Ik legde uit dat ik pijn in mijn rug had, waarschijnlijk door de airconditioning van het hotel! Ik ging op het bed liggen en om het sneller te maken klom ze op me met haar knieën en haar 40 kilo! op al mijn ribben en dit gedurende 30 minuten! op dat moment voelde ik geen enorme pijn, ik moest terecht tegen alle botten opboksen! als ik vandaag alleen maar schrijf en omdat het 13 dagen geleden is dat ik mezelf in l'eto bevond met alle ribben! van het niet naar het toilet kunnen gaan omdat de pijn hevig is (ik ging door met pijnstillers en zeer sterke verlichtende zalven) nu vraag ik me af hoe er zulke overvolle centra zijn met niet-bekwame mensen! alleen de gevangenis kan ons redden van deze moordenaars!

I lay down on the bed and to make it faster she climbed on me with her knees and 40 kilos of her! on all my ribs and this for 30 minutes! at the time I did not feel a huge pain rightly made me bucking all the bones! if I am writing only today and because it is 13 days since I found myself in l'eto with all the cut ribs! of not being able to go to the bathroom because the pain is strong (I went on with painkillers and very strong relief ointments) now I wonder how there are such crowded centers with non-competent people! only prison could save us from these killers! Je me suis allongée sur le lit et pour aller plus vite elle a grimpé sur moi avec ses genoux et ses 40 kilos ! sur toutes mes côtes et ce pendant 30 minutes ! à l'époque je n'ai pas ressenti une énorme douleur qui m'a justement fait craquer tous les os ! si je n'écris qu'aujourd'hui et parce que ça fait 13 jours que je me retrouve à l'eto avec toutes les côtes ! de ne pas pouvoir aller aux toilettes car la douleur est forte (j'ai continué avec des analgésiques et des onguents de soulagement très forts) maintenant je me demande comment il y a des centres aussi bondés avec des gens non compétents ! seule la prison pourrait nous sauver de...
