03/09/22 Many changes in the market stalls, some of the regular features from pre Covid 👌 Still a wonderful morning wandering under the 🌳 trees, enjoying the Spring sunshine 🌞 Even in the rain I would still go to this particular market. Local folk, and local ( some North Island mainly local to Christchurch) products/ produce , amazing foods, seriously delicious 😋 unique ,upmarket food items at great prices. There are wonderful seating spots, grab a coffee ☕️ food and stay a while listening to the music which is live. Not a place to miss out on 😊

A great place to spend your Saturday mornings! This market is set up adjacent to Riccarton house. The atmosphere in the market was really good and one could get different aromas in the air. There were different vendors selling organic fruits and vegetables, and other dishes, which get prepared in front of you. Found the quality of items that were sold to be really good. It would take about a couple of hours to look through what each vendor has on offer. There was a help desk available where we could get a map of all the stalls in the market.
