Hello my name is Shazz. I am from Taupo I had travelled from Taupo to Auckland for family Function. Had Googled blonde hair salons I found Frenchie & Co. Let’s start by takeing a step through there doors. Very classsie salon. Was greeted by laurean. Seated me spot. We had a chat then was Greeted by Goegia. Had consultation. This was around 9.30am my appointment was actually for 10.15 ladys we’re happy to work around there appointments. Laurean ask me if I would like coffee. That’ was lovely. Coffee. Got into looking at my hair. Might I just add I was plum and purple when I walk into there salon. Goegia reassured me that she had this. Was no problem. Absalutly love her enthusiasm. Laurean worked on bleeching was there most the day.meet Jessica who bought me coffee few times. She lovely. Jessica did my eye brows. They look great Jessica very happy. Continuing. Laurean continued with my hair Goegia did tonia. And reassured me everything going to be great. I had two lovely ladies blow waveing my hair Jessica and another lovely lady. They did so well. Georgia is great manager team leader. She has a great personality bubbly friendly. Really nice lady. I left at about 3pm. Now remember I just walk in off street the they hadn’t meet me before. This was my first time visiting Frenchie & Co. I’ve always wanted to try because of the rave reviews (and yes, the gorgeous aesthetic) but have always struggled to get an appointment. This was never a problem for me, as it showed their demand! I managed to book in for a same day brow tint and wax. I will one hundred percent be coming back! I asked for “my brows but better”, and was not disappointed. The colour match was the best I’ve ever had, and the actual time and care put into maintaining and managing my brow shape was incredible. Jessie was fantastic, very professional and skilled in her craft. For the price, the service and facilities were unmatched. I also appreciated that whilst as a small business you understand there is a need for staff to promote their other services, this was done very naturally and did not make me feel pressured in anyway.
