Absolute TERRIBLE experience. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone.

I thought the 4.8 star reviews on google would make this company trustworthy and good to use but it was absolutely NOT the case.

I booked a job and was told the movers would be there between 1-2pm. 2:05pm comes by and I give them a call to follow up only to be told they're 10 minutes away and the driver will call me. 2:15pm comes by and I call again asking for an ETA. The receptionist had no idea where the drivers were and could only tell me that they would call me soon.

At 3PM, 1 HOUR after the scheduled arrival I get a call from the driver telling me they would be there in another HOURS time. Overall 2 HOURS LATE to the booked job.

When they arrived they we're slow to start the job and had 3 men on site, half of the items and furniture I had to co-ordinate moving with one of them otherwise this job would have taken over 3-4 hours to do with the rate they were going.

Throughout this whole escapade not a single apology was given for the inconvenienced caused and they only seemed to care about me paying the invoice once it was delivered. (Which they were relentless and charged me every minutes worth, ironic given they were 2 hours late).

Their only means of compensation was that they sent 3 men when the job I booked was for 2 men. Even though more than 50% I had to coordinate and take the furniture out of the house and to the truck myself.

An absolute nightmare of an experience. Do not waste your time with these movers.

Edit : After reading this review the Director of Zland movers contacted me directly and offered me a sincere apology in person and offered some compensation. He understood that my time was wasted and acknowledged the fault of the team that did the job on the day. Seems like a good guy let down...

From start to finish, I was extremely impressed with the no-nonsense, highly courteous and super professional performance of this excellent house removal team. The quote was very fairly assessed and I was given the refreshing feeling of not participating within a mere financial transaction. Mann, the owner of the firm, treated me with genuine respect and concern and at no point appeared at all financially opportunistic. The fixed price arranged, assured a sense of financial security and safety in the whole transaction

Due to Zland Movers calm and meticulous approach, the stress of moving a lifetime of personally treasured items from one city to another was completely irradicated. The two-man team carefully maneuvered items from my house and securely positioned them in the truck with such diligence, my fear that things might become damaged in transit evaporated. The matching patience with which the men moved my household items into a much smaller house at the other end of a two hour journey was also noteworthy: they offered to stay longer to help position the furniture in my new home, even though they were already working into their over-time. This was not necessary and this extra work would have made their day so much longer, but their helpful concern was truly appreciated.

ZLAND MOVERS deserve a full five star score for fulfilling on ALL their PROMISES and going that highly valued, extra distance to meet my needs.

Fantastic Move Thanks to ZLand Movers

I recently used ZLand for my move from Pakuranga to Flat Bush (funny when the guy said he moved stuff to my new home 3 times for the last few months lol) and I couldn't be happier with the service! The two movers assigned to my job were absolutely fantastic.

Professional and Hardworking: Right from the start, they impressed me with their professionalism. They were courteous, efficient, and clearly communicated every step of the way. They also worked incredibly hard throughout the entire move, never taking unnecessary breaks and keeping the momentum going.

Packing Tetris Masters: I was particularly impressed with their skills when it came to stacking furniture and boxes on the truck. They managed to fit everything in perfectly, like a game of Tetris! This not only saved space but also ensured everything stayed secure during transport.

Gentle Touch: Most importantly, they were incredibly careful with all of my belongings. They handled everything with a gentle touch and not a single scratch was found on any of my furniture or boxes when we reached the new place.
