I dont wanna give any stars, cause I had very bad experience from that bar. Last wednesday 15/12/21 at 9pm I visited that bar for drinking cocktail. I visited that place couple of times . but I felt humiliated from that bar on wednesday. I ordered Cocktails which was $20. I was expecting that it will be nice. But the guy who made my cocktail he never made before and he told me his hand was shaking. He asked help from a lady continuously , whose name is Hollie, she didn't ever bother to come to help him when she was busy talking over the mobile phone. Since beginning She ignored me , while she was nicely talking with other customers and made drinks for them. She is the bartender. I had feeling that she ignored because of my physical structure and looks. When the guy was making my drink , at the end he wanted to decorate bananas top of the glass but it fell. He asked for help to Hollie , but she ignored it , when she was not doing anything. The bar was not busy and I was the only person inside. I didn't spend $20 for that kind of service. I am not giving complain here. But I will request to the owner of the bar that the person (Hollie) may be a good staff and her service is good but please don't judge anybody depends on their look. That night , it puts me down and felt humiliated. If this is the policy of bar that particular people are allowed , please put a sign outside then people like me wont visit next time in...

Disappointing to say the least. I've been to this space a few times and was very disappointed with the service this past week. The bartender, who was hired and only on her second shift that day, overcharged me for a drink and food. Then the Long island cocktail I ordered was not even up to par with what's expected of a cocktail with that ratio of alcohol. I practically paid $18 for a soft drink. Then the duty manager on the night, Carter, decides to approach my friend and I blunty stating "if you want to smoke (i was vaping by the way), you need to go on the other side. He was rude and unprofessional in his approach. There was no signage pointing to where customers vape or smoke, and I raised never having an issue in the past from other staff who've seen me vape in the spot near the fire. Unfortunately, the staff hired greatly lack hospitality, bartenders and customer service skills.

For management: if you're going to appoint a duty manager, ensure you have your trainings sorted so customers are not left feeling undervalued and...

Absolutely atrocious service! My partner and I had kept coming back for the beautiful interior, but the staff are hostile and look like they hate their lives, understandable - but not justified. I assume it was the manager, as I've seen him every-time I have gone, was the most rude. Table service was done horribly, we were attended to once the whole night and to get someones attention was so hard. Staff had been behind the bar, on their phones while I, along with other customers, were waiting for someone to attend to us. They did not have anyone constantly around the tables. On top of this, they had gotten my drink wrong, but I had left before I had given them a chance to fix it, as table service was terrible. All on my birthday too, wouldn't return here and wouldn't waste another...
