Visited Tauranga Crossing Store yesterday with my wife as she required assistance to sort her mobile phone account. Approaching a young male staff member she explained her issue , the staff member then walked to a desk and sat down, all while not acknowledging my wife nor any face to face communication and left her standing while he sat and rudely asked her what she wanted. My wife was informed by the Customer care service operator via phone call to go into the nearest store and her issue would be easily sorted. This guy in store repeatedly told my wife she didn't get it, that what she needed done was not possible and return tomorrow. He was rude and arrogant, and proceeded to one Last time repeat what he said but this time in a louder tone and very very slowly as If insinuating my wife was stupid. My wife said she would go to another store as his behavior was rude and unprofessional, his reply was ok no worries. I told him he was rude and not to speak to my wife like that.
