Wouldn't shop here again, EVER! Had the worst experience! Brought hiking boots online, and thought I was safe as we have a local store and they advertise in store returns/exchanges. So I go in store, all I wanted was to swap for a bigger size. They said they would refund me, and I then repurchase the correct size, very odd process, but okay whatever. The shop assistant said the refund SHOULD be instant, but they failed to tell me is that ACTUALLY I will have to wait up to 5 working days for the refund to go through! SO now I'm $140 out of pocket, which I really didn't have the budget for 2 weeks out from Christmas! Rang head office and they said this never should have happened, dont know why they didnt allow the swap, without the ridiculous refund and rebuy proceedure, as that was something they ADVERTISE! I returned two fleece tops yesterday (28 May) that I had purchased 16 May on sale 2 for $50. After 2 hours of wearing the first top I had fleece on my undergarments, leggings, couch and dining chair. NOT impressed. The second top I decided to wash first and put through a medium drying to remove surplus fleece. After wearing the second top I had the same result which left me even less impressed. When returning the products I was told they couldn't be refunded as I had "worn and washed" them. The reason I was returning is because as far as I am concerned they are faulty products.
